I bought this 02 photo book at "Lindbergh," a car and motorcycle specialty bookstore located on the Kan-8 (circular route 8) in Setagaya, Tokyo.

At the time, it was incredibly deluxe (I think it was over 10,000 yen), and I remember spending about an hour in the store debating whether to grab it or not. Of course, I couldn't read it because it's not in Japanese (laughs).
